  Very disappointed. My daughter had a referral to this place to fix her phone cracked on the back screen after dropping it. We came in after having the phone checked repeatedly and told the price, we paid a deposit. We was told the parts … More take 3 days to come in, she chose to keep her phone until then. We took the phone back and it was looked at multiple times again, after we was told it would be 2 to 3 hours to be fixed. We was called after 1 hour, my daughter returned to pick up and left. She later showed me a receipt saying it was a new damage and told my daughter it was there when she brought it back, which was a terrible lie. That phone was checked multiple times before we left and I’m sure as a technician, that damage would have been noticed before the phone was took back and told to us right then and there that it had new damage. Due to my daughter being so young and not having proof of her phone before drop off, she had to take a loss of 200.00 and more damage to the phone. I believe the damage was done while fixing the crack but instead of admitting fault, it was passed it off on my daughter. Someone dropped the ball and couldn’t hold themself accountable but thanks for teaching my daughter how some businesses are.

  This place has excellent customer service. All of the employees seem happy to be there and always smile. My AirPods weren't charging wirelessly so I took them in to this shop. They've been in a case since the day I got them and … More they were in pristine condition. When I picked them up, there was zero damage, scuffs or marks anywhere on the case. I dread the fact that I did not come to this store sooner. I am thankful that Best Buy is not an authorized Apple dealer because they are a chore to work with. I hate Best Buy and this place blows them out of the water!!
