Over the weekend Apple announced a quality program on all Macbook and Macbook Pro with Retina Display models. The program addresses issues of the display’s reflective coating wearing off and pealing away from the screen.
Apple will replace affected screens free of charge within three years of the purchase date or one year after October 16, 2015, whichever is longer. Customers that have already had the issue remedied may also be eligible to a refund from Apple.
Computer Hardware can determine if your Macbook is eligible for the quality program and also service the repair. If your computer is experiencing the issues mentioned above or resemble the image pictured here, stop by your local Computer Hardware to have it diagnosed.
